Implementation Phase:
- Configure Fast Formulas to support in-scope HCM modules.
- Configure and support integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Develop reports and data extract solutions to support data conversion.
Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide ongoing technical support for the HCM application.
- Support creation and tracking of Service Requests (SRs).
- Maintain documentation including configuration workbooks and technical designs.
Additional Success Factors:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) architecture and configuration.
- Deep expertise in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Experience with data conversions and ongoing data loads and mass updates.
