Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to enhance and maintain Workday HCM modules.
- Configure business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support end-to-end HR and payroll processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, calculated fields, and security frameworks.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
