Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary lead for Workday HCM, Reporting, and Performance.
- Manage the full lifecycle of application solutions.
- Configure and optimize Workday across all modules.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
- Strong understanding of job architecture and company/cost center hierarchies.
- Proven track record operating in an Agile environment using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Location:
- This position can work onsite or hybrid from one of our offices (College Park, MD, Bothell, WA) or fully remote.
- Less than 10% travel requirement.
