Project Management
Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains a deep understanding of HR business processes, user needs, and Workday HCM usage.
- Analyzes and documents business requirements, identifying opportunities to leverage standard Workday functionality.
- Evaluates Workday features to recommend optimal solutions aligned with business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Project Management preferred.
- At least three years experience in Workday HCM functionality.
- Advanced knowledge in Workday HCM modules like Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, etc.
