VSC Fire & Security is looking for an Administrative Assistant II, who will be responsible for account activation, managing account transfers, and conducting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role involves offering technical support to Divisions for monitoring setups and collaborating closely with internal teams to improve alarm monitoring processes. The assistant will serve as a primary contact for central stations, promptly addressing monitoring-related service issues and forwarding service work leads to the relevant teams. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide standards for alarm monitoring processes and seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency across multiple offices. The ideal candidate should have three to five years of administrative experience supporting senior executives, with the ability to handle tasks such as managing multi-line telephone consoles, operating office equipment, using accounting software, and accurately entering data. Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to professional development are essential.
