Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will have a proven track record in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and documentation. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that all solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable results.
Your day-to-day work will involve creating and managing documentation in Confluence and managing project/task tracking through Jira. You will understand telecommunications processes, including but not limited to network operations, customer service platforms, billing systems, and provisioning. You will also apply Agile and Scrum methodologies.
