Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in helping new Home Improvement Contractors join the GoodLeap family. This role will proactively identify and qualify prospective GoodLeap partners. They will collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure overall partner success. This role is all about helping Home Improvement Contractors access superior loan programs, and working with a fun, energetic group. Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and signing prospective GoodLeap partners, sourcing new partnership opportunities through inbound and outbound communication, developing a comprehensive knowledge of GoodLeap products, providing business intelligence guidance, and innovating on sales processes.
