Job Description
As Rillet's initial marketing hire, you'll shape brand strategy and motion, driving awareness and pipeline through multi-channel campaigns. Partner with Sales to create compelling content for every buyer journey stage, testing and scaling programs across digital, email, paid media, events, and content. Collaborate with the CEO on thought leadership and category creation, establishing a metrics-driven marketing function with tooling, reporting, and playbooks. A willingness to travel a few times per year for offsites, events, and team gatherings is expected.
