Technical Project Coordinator

The Data Integrations team at Solink manages over 300 active integrations with third-party data sources—and that number continues to grow. As customers leverage these integrations to power their reports and dashboards, they provide valuable feedback and change requests to enhance performance, accuracy, and functionality. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success to gather information, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication at every step. You’ll continuously assess and refine the process to improve turnaround time, minimize friction, and optimize resource allocation—all with the goal of delivering a best-in-class experience to both internal teams and customers.
