About the Role:

• Play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements.

What You'll Do:

• Negotiate advertising agreements and data use agreements.
• Advise on data use and compliance with advertising guidelines.
• Conduct risk analysis and build relationships with stakeholders.

Your Background:

• 6+ years legal experience in law firm and media/tech company.
• Experience negotiating tech/commercial and digital ad sales agreements.
• Excellent negotiator with strong legal knowledge and drafting skills.
