Job Description
As a Staff Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you’ll demonstrate how to drive enterprise SaaS adoption through embedded engineering. You’ll operate in a multi-segment, pharma-focused capacity, leading full-stack delivery, deeply integrating with clients, and providing technical leadership through software engineering. You will act as a trusted technical partner to pharma clients, translating business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions. You'll also dive deep into H1’s data and SaaS architecture to build, deploy, and optimize full-stack applications. Operating autonomously within small teams, influencing architectural and delivery standards with direct client impact. Hands-on experience with data platforms and pipeline tools in an AWS environment, including Airflow, AWS EMR, EKS, and custom ETL workflows is required.
