The Customer Experience Representative is a part of a dynamic, customer focused team and plays a pivotal role in providing the highest quality customer experience to our customers. Seeking Bilingual Spanish and French (Canadian dialect)/English Speaking Representatives for the Call Center.
Responsibilities include identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, providing direct support or guidance, and creating cases for all calls and emails, entering the history of the problem, all steps taken, and subsequent resolution. The role requires a willingness and ability to be cross-trained in other areas.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of work experience in a Technical Customer Service Call Center, strong customer service skills, motivation to learn, and effective communication skills. Experience in a technical support role, Associateβs degree in information technology, Computer Science are preferred.
