Key Responsibilities:
- Build a card people put at the front of the wallet and recommend without asking.
- Take the card from zero to launch, deciding what ships first and carrying it through compliance.
- Own the approval experience, line management, rewards, and trust features.
What Makes You Successful:
- Consumer product manager with taste and a high craft bar.
- 6+ years building consumer products, including money movement and expensive errors.
- Fluency in credit and cross-functional collaboration in regulated environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with card issuing, lending, or payments.
- Familiarity with Reg Z and the CARD Act.
