Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish trusted relationships with frontline aviation stakeholders.
- Design and support stakeholder engagement activities that surface adoption risks.
- Strategize, plan, collect, and translate frontline operational insights into actionable OCM strategies.
Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain Public Trust (U.S. Citizen).
- Bachelor + 8yrs, including 5yrs+ controller experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience in unionized or labor-partnered settings.
