What You'll Be Doing:

  • Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) software management.
  • Enhance and improve software with languages such as CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET, Java Script.
  • Code and test projects, delivering high-quality software on time.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Experience in CCaaS and/or UC environments.
  • Experience building and shipping ML or NLP systems, including LLM based.
  • Expert Python and strong software engineering fundamentals.
