What You'll Be Doing:
- Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) software management.
- Enhance and improve software with languages such as CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET, Java Script.
- Code and test projects, delivering high-quality software on time.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Experience in CCaaS and/or UC environments.
- Experience building and shipping ML or NLP systems, including LLM based.
- Expert Python and strong software engineering fundamentals.
