About the Role:

• The 340B Program Manager oversees compliance, administration, and audit readiness for 340B Drug Pricing Program clients.
• This role supports a variety of 340B-eligible organizations, including FQHCs, DSH hospitals, and other eligible providers.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day 340B program administration, conduct compliance reviews, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Serve as the primary compliance resource and liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Analyze program data to identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.

What You Bring:

• Deep working knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and HRSA guidance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
