Remote Customer Service Advisor

We're growing our brilliant team in Hull and are looking for Remote Contact Centre Advisors to start on the 22nd of September 2025. This role involves delivering top-notch customer service, booking notices, signing up new subscribers, renewing loyal readers, and helping everyone get the most out of our print and online products. You'll handle calls, emails, and live chats with confidence and warmth, becoming an expert on everything we offer to deliver great advice and support for both advertising and subscriptions. The position requires working within agreed deadlines to ensure all queries and objectives are actioned swiftly, and working as part of a team to make sure KPIs are met.
