Requirements:
- 4+ years in risk management with 2+ in crypto; Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Solid understanding of market microstructure, VaR/CVaR, stress testing, P&L attribution.
- Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau/Grafana), and experience with crypto spot and derivatives markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk framework, monitor market/liquidity/counterparty risk, and conduct stress testing.
- Define KRIs, prepare risk reports for senior management, and mentor risk analysts.
- Coordinate incident response and crisis management for trading-related events.
