What You’ll Do:
- Define and operationalize clinical quality standards at scale, turning subjective judgment into objective frameworks.
- Own clinical quality KPIs and build audit systems to ensure compliance and high performance.
- Partner with product, engineering, and payers to embed clinical standards into technology and drive value-based care models.
Who You Are:
- Deep experience in ABA clinical practice with BCBA required; BCBA-D and leadership experience preferred.
- A strong point of view on high-quality care and ability to operationalize it with payer and value-based care experience.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technology, operations, and payer relations with a bias toward building systems.
