Director, Automation Development & Strategy

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for travel fulfillment automation.
• Lead planning, estimation, prioritization, and delivery of automation initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to increase automation rates and reduce manual intervention.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in travel technology, operations automation, or mid-office systems.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel fulfillment workflows, including reservations, quality control, and ticketing.
• Experience with TMC technology ecosystems and leading technology projects.
