Director, Connectivity Partnerships

About the Role:

• Engine is looking for a Director, Connectivity Partnerships to build partnerships and connectivity for group travel.
• This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, product, and connectivity, and owns group travel end to end on the supply side.

What You'll Do:

• Own Engine's group connectivity strategy and define how group bookings move across partners and platforms.
• Lead supply and connectivity partnerships for group travel from first conversation through signed agreements.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape connectivity capabilities and inform roadmap.

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in product, connectivity, and partnerships in travel, hospitality, or technology.
• Strong knowledge of travel connectivity and ability to set strategy and pressure-test feasibility.
• Track record of structuring and closing complex partnerships and strategic judgment.

Compensation:

• Base pay range $200,000 - $250,000 USD, plus equity and eligibility for bonuses.
