Vice President of Engineering, DevOps Engineering

Role Overview:

• Oversee a globally distributed engineering organization central to product and platform strategy.
• Shape the future of an AI-powered DevSecOps platform, partnering with executive stakeholders.
• This is a hands-on executive role requiring technical depth and experience scaling systems and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion AI-native engineering practices across workflows, tooling, code review, and CI/CD.
• Partner with Product Management to create a high-velocity working model between teams.
• Collaborate with Finance and peers on headcount planning, budgeting, and investment tradeoffs.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to address enterprise needs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading large, distributed engineering organizations across multiple product areas.
• Strong technical credibility to engage on architecture, reliability, and system design tradeoffs.
• Background building scalable frontend platforms or large-scale user-facing systems.
• Direct experience modernizing monolithic applications into modular, deployable architectures.
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote-first, asynchronous, documentation-heavy culture.
