Job Description
Product Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain quality standards for all printed products.
- Define specifications for raw materials and manufacturing processes.
- Implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and root causes of defects.
- Create detailed reports for senior management.
- Recommend improvements based on quality performance.
Collaboration and Training:
- Act as a central point of contact for quality-related issues.
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with PSPs, suppliers, and the product development team.
