Junior Financial Reporting Analyst

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support month-end closing processes for timely and accurate US GAAP financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and data management using tools like Tagetik.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and monitor business performance against budget.

Scope and Impact:

• Handle confidential financial data and ensure reporting integrity.
• Impact audits, compliance, and business decisions through accurate analysis.
• Work with country controlling teams to develop best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in SSC/BPO or Controlling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Tagetik and SAP knowledge a plus.
