Issuing and posting invoices, clearing bank statements, and taking care of customer settlements. You will post and reconcile sales, clear sales-related accounts (cash, credit cards, vouchers, etc.), and prepare balances and reconciliations for general ledger accounts related to accounts receivable and payable. You'll also participate in projects to improve accounting processes and work with clients to provide top-quality services.

Serve as key member of the Finance team who communicates with the Assistant Controller and Controller on a regular basis, supporting key aspects of the month-end/ quarter-end/ year-end process, including submission of consolidated financial statements, reporting packages, and periodic variance analysis. This role involves reviewing financial statements prepared in accordance with Accounting Standards and monitoring compliance with contractual obligations.

We are looking for an experienced and talented AR Analyst to join us as we continue to grow, supporting the overall Accounts Receivable and revenue process and ensuring the accurate and timely collection of sales from customers and third-party payers in US and International. The AR Analyst is responsible for the full accounts receivable life cycle as it relates to an assigned customer list, including customer account set up, reviewing contracts and Salesforce Opportunities, creation of invoices, and associated collection of cash.
