Your mission:
- Build reliable, scalable controls and data capability owned by a team.
- Inherit working systems, understand them deeply, and evolve their architecture.
What you'll do:
- Design, build, test, and deploy new control functionality.
- Take technical ownership of the data platform and ensure scalability.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor engineers to create shared ownership.
