Assist with large trade show coordination, creation, and implementation across AMER, UK, EU, and ANZ regions. Source vendors and venues, and support contract management, F&B orders, shipping, A/V, signage, and on-site logistics. Source, manage, and track swag and other printed event materials. Manage pre- and post-event list uploads and scrubbing. Coordinate event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. Maintain clear internal communications around event updates and deliverables. Manage multiple events at once, each at different stages from planning to completion. Serve as occasional on-site support for events. (Travel expected: ~10-20%)
