Head of Supply

Role Overview:

• Own the supply side of a two-sided marketplace to keep demand covered with quality supply at sustainable cost.
• Build the supply planning system including demand forecasting and partner order plans.
• Manage supply-demand balance across segments, time slots, and formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Partner Support, Partners Development & Growth, and Key Partners Success teams.
• Design partner economics and incentives, including payouts, commissions, and tier systems.
• Own quality and trust by tying partner communication to customer retention.
