Job Description

This role involves leading global demand generation strategy and execution across PLG and SLG motions, driving multi-channel campaigns for awareness, engagement, conversion, and expansion. You will ensure integrated ABX programs with field marketing and sales, guide outbound campaigns, and optimize paid media and email programs. You'll also maintain lifecycle marketing for onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention, operationalizing tools like 6sense and AI for smarter segmentation and personalization. You will analyze funnel performance, collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops for attribution, reporting, and forecasting. It requires hiring and mentoring a high-performing team, and cultivating alignment with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
