About the Role:
- Own the HRSD functional demand pipeline and translate business priorities into a structured backlog.
- Define epics, features, and user stories aligned with ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
- Balance scope, speed, and platform capabilities to maximize business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with technical product owners and HR operations to ensure feasible and well-defined backlog items.
- Validate delivered solutions against outcomes, improving self-service adoption and Tier 1 effectiveness.
- Support enterprise implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience as a Product Owner, BA, or Functional Architect.
- Strong Agile and product management practices with focus on backlog and release planning.
Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $118,000–$141,000 CAD plus bonus potential.
