As the first dedicated Senior Onboarding Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring EasyLlama’s Mid-Market and Enterprise customers see fast time-to-value, high product adoption, and lasting satisfaction. You’ll design and own scalable onboarding experiences, work cross-functionally to drive efficiency, and eventually help build a world-class onboarding team.
Responsibilities include owning customer relationships and onboarding, designing onboarding experiences for different customer segments, and developing self-directed onboarding journeys. This role involves leveraging onboarding metrics to improve processes, conducting customer meetings, and collaborating with various teams. The Senior Onboarding Manager will also create repeatable processes, manage customer integrations, and ensure a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team.
