A day in the life:

• As the Creative Director, you are the leader of your pod, a hybrid of senior individual contributor, people manager, and product leader.
• You own the people on your pod and the quality of the creative work, leading from the front by explaining strategy directly to clients.
• You push the creative product forward, partnering with R&D to pilot new tools and translate innovations into practical gains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a pod of creative professionals, owning hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day leadership with development plans and coaching.
• Provide executive-level oversight for pod accounts, acting as primary escalation point and strengthening client retention.
• Own product quality through consistent QA, drive innovation through structured development, and maintain fluency in systems and AI adoption.
