Senior Implementations Services Associate

We are seeking an energetic Senior Implementation Services Associate that has a passion for delighting customers by delivering winning strategies and solutions. This role works with enterprises in all verticals, with a focus on their GRC activities, playing a key role in building a business and having a direct impact on driving customer implementation and adoption. Core Responsibilities include assisting and leading new and existing customer implementations for assigned accounts end-to-end, including kickoff, process design, build, training, and rollout. Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers, supporting project management efforts, and delivering appropriate implementation experiences based on each customer’s maturity. The role involves product advice to help customers design and build their Risk Cloud applications effectively. Become an expert user on the Risk Cloud platform and effectively speak about the product and our out-of-the-box content and resources, both within LogicGate and externally facing. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, solution engineering, customer success, and product teams throughout the customers’ journey.
