New Event Manager

This role calls for a strategic thinker and strong project leader who knows how to work cross-functionally and manage v-teams effectively. Our core audience is AI product creators, so you’ll need to stay on top of industry trends and craft experiences that feel fresh and authentic. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and a solid background in event management. You should have hands-on experience with large trade shows, hackathons, meetups, executive gatherings and self-hosted conferences of 200+ attendees. Your responsibilities will include: Event planning and management, Coordinate with internal teams, Oversee the creation of event materials, Manage event registration, attendee communication and follow-up, Provide excellent customer service, Establish and maintain relationships with event vendors, sponsors and partners, Negotiate contracts, SWAG production and Post-event analysis
