About the Role:

  • You are the Task Order Lead for a two-year production line stand-up effort, taking three PNT product lines from prototype to a client-owned production capability.
  • You own the schedule, deliverables, subcontract coordination, and risk posture, and are the answer when the Government asks how the program is doing.

Responsibilities:

  • Chair the program kickoff within 30 days, deliver the OMP and QMP, and build and hold the integrated master schedule across the full two-year period.
  • Coordinate directly with the COR and subcontractors on milestones, component delivery, and design transfer activities, escalating dependencies before they become schedule risk.
  • Run formal engineering change control (ECR/ECN), maintain a living risk register, and manage funds, personnel, and on-time delivery of all contract deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 10 to 20 years of program management in a defense engineering environment at a supervisory level, with demonstrated ownership of a DoD task order.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and cross-contractor dependencies, fluency with engineering change control, and hardware program experience with long-lead components and procurement.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance; prior production line stand-up or transition experience is a plus.
