Program Leadership:
- Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap, master schedule, and critical path.
- Ensure alignment across all workstreams and drive accountability.
- Monitor overall program health, scope, budget, and quality.
Workstream Coordination:
- Coordinate integration across equipment, software, cloud, logistics, and legal.
- Facilitate collaboration and manage dependencies proactively.
- Ensure workstream owners remain aligned with program objectives.
Governance and Reporting:
- Establish program governance and chair weekly cross-functional meetings.
- Prepare executive status reports and Steering Committee presentations.
- Escalate decisions requiring executive approval and maintain RAID logs.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor program budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Support business case updates throughout the program lifecycle.
