Program Manager

Job Summary:

• Lead and coordinate a group of related projects to deliver strategic business value aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage a team of Project Managers and cross-functional project teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, and support functions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, manage portfolio-level risk, support governance, and maintain communication between stakeholders and program leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment of program initiatives with strategic business objectives and define program-level goals and success metrics.
• Manage project change control processes to ensure alignment of scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project performance, issues, risks, and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8-12 years of progressively responsible experience leading cross-functional projects of medium size and scope.
• PMP certification preferred, with experience in manufacturing and project management software.
