As an Inside Sales Consultant, you have the opportunity to work with new and existing Commercial and Industrial customers by selling customized products and services. This includes retention of existing customers, all while delivering superior customer service. You will be responding to inbound calls within an inside sales environment from business customers inquiring about products and services. You will also build customer and brand loyalty by addressing inquiries and handling the customerβs needs with respect and professionalism.
You will also create customized solutions to acquire new business by utilizing the sales tactics learned through training programs, sales model and mentoring process. Proactively promote Republic Services products and services to existing customers for cross/up-sell opportunities by following the growth sales process from initiation to close, and provide sales support to existing customers wanting to make changes to their accounts. Sales retention will be performed by using sales tactics learned, and meeting or exceeding performance metrics identified by CRC and Customer Experience leadership around customer experience, sales activity, and sales revenue is expected.
