Senior Professional Services Engineer

An overview of this role:

• Help customers install, migrate, configure, and adopt GitLab through technical delivery, training, and advisory services.
• Use a consultative approach, working with customers and internal teams to identify the best path to customer success.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver statements of work, including installing and configuring GitLab solutions in customer environments.
• Develop and implement migration plans for customer version control systems and data.
• Provide technical training remotely or on-site and create implementation guidance.

What you’ll bring:

• Professional experience with infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies like Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency in English and effective communication skills in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• The team works directly with customers and collaborates with Product, Engineering, and other teams to deliver successful engagements.
