Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical consultant during post-sales, providing product and best-practice guidance via Zoom and email.

  • Deliver enablement through webinars, labs, office hours, and on-demand engagements in a pooled model.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting GitLab use cases and enabling customers with in-depth guidance.
  • Proficiency with DevSecOps tools and ability to translate capabilities into customer outcomes.
  • Technical background in software development or systems engineering.
