Job Description

Shape the development, implementation, and optimization of engagement campaigns. These campaigns reach both new and active audiences through onboarding, cross-sell, browse abandonment, and promotional journeys. The goals are to drive engagement with a variety of features, products, and verticals. Build operational plans that welcome new users and deepen relationships with existing ones, by using data-driven insights to deliver meaningful and revenue-generating campaigns. Lead the day-to-day management and long-term operational strategy of the CRM platform. Design, build, and launch automated email, SMS, and push notification campaigns while serving as a primary user of our CRM and marketing technology stack. Also, guide the technical implementation of new campaigns and features. Measure success by monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and sharing insights that highlight opportunities for A/B testing and ongoing optimization to boost engagement, conversion, and impact.
