Systems Implementation Manager

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Systems Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of new platforms and processes directly related to the operations of our firm. This role is critical to ensuring seamless technology transitions and ongoing optimization across the firm. This role will also provide strategic leadership and direction for the Salesforce team, overseeing both project execution and the professional development of team members. The role involves leading the full lifecycle of software implementations, collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and identifying implementation risks. The role involves coordinating with the Project Management Office to set timelines, budgets, and resources and also translating business requirements into scalable workflows and system configurations.
