Perform month-end close activities including payable, payroll, utility accruals, reclass adjustments, and statement review.
Review hotel PMS revenue and trial-balance activity, investigate variances, and perform credit card, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare property financial statements, support P&L and variance analysis, and communicate results to property managers.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of full-cycle or general accounting experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with journal entries, accruals, balance-sheet reconciliations, and financial reports.
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, and U.S. accounting operations.

Nice to Have:

Hotel or property accounting experience (3+ years) and shared-services/multi-property accounting background.
Experience with Yardi, Opera, or similar hotel property management systems, and knowledge of USALI.
Experience with forecasting in a single or multi-property accounting environment.
