What You'll Do:
- Guide LATAM hotel clients through accounting onboarding, from chart of accounts mapping to country-specific e-invoicing compliance.
- Support integrations with ERP platforms and troubleshoot accounting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of hospitality accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Deep knowledge of LATAM fiscal requirements and fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong customer-facing communication and technical problem-solving skills.
