New Account Manager, MEA - Turkish Speaker (Cairo-Based)

Responsibilities:\n- Own and manage a portfolio of 75–100 hotels within the mid-tail segment.\n- Drive improvements in key supply metrics (SHS, DS, Pvar, AV) by analyzing performance data.\n- Activate Agoda products and promotions, track deal performance, and document outcomes.\n\nQualifications:\n- Fluency in Turkish and English is required.\n- Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, business development, or supply/e-commerce role.\n- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B engagement.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or OTA industry.\n- Familiarity with supply or e-commerce platforms and performance metrics.\n- Digital-first work experience with call systems and CRM tools.
