Director of Finance, Task Force

Role Overview:

• You will provide hands-on financial leadership and continuity across Auberge Collection properties during leadership transitions, openings, conversions, and special assignments.
• You will work remotely between assignments and travel to properties as business needs require, assessing finance operations and strengthening accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior property finance leader during task force assignments, establishing priorities and maintaining continuity across accounting and finance.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements and well-supported balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with the General Manager and corporate Finance to analyze results, improve profitability, and support onboarding to permanent finance leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with five or more years of progressive hotel finance experience.
• Strong command of USALI, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Prior experience as a Director of Finance, Controller, or comparable senior hotel finance leader is strongly preferred.
