Senior Finance Analyst

The Role:

• You will sit at the heart of The Flex's financial operations, ensuring accurate understanding of where money comes from and goes.
• You will work across accounting, financial analysis, reporting, payments, budgeting, and business performance.
• You will have visibility across the entire company and work directly with operations and senior leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Own and improve day-to-day financial reporting and controls, ensuring every figure is validated.
• Reconcile payments from booking platforms and bank accounts to ensure all expected funds are received.
• Build dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and present insights to founders.

What We're Looking For:

• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort with large financial datasets.
• Commercial mindset, high ownership, and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.
