Canva is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to focus on leading and coaching a cross-functional engineering team behind Canva’s Workday Platform, driving platform-wide engineering excellence. You will define the technical strategy, architecture and delivery cadence across Workday systems; partner with leaders in People, Finance, Security and Audit to deliver secure, scalable solutions, overseeing solution architecture, integration governance, testing and release workflows. You will elevate service reliability, documentation, observability and overall quality. Moreover, you will build a trusted, inclusive team culture with strong craft and shared outcomes.
