- Serve as the first point of contact, providing a welcoming introduction to services and ensuring patient engagement and trust.
- Conduct verification of benefits and update patient charts with current insurance details like copay and deductible.
Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Required: Minimum 2 years of office administration/receptionist experience with filing and phone management.
- Preferred: One year of medical office/healthcare operations experience with referrals and intake processes.
Work Environment & Details:
- This is a remote role requiring residency in approved US states like Connecticut, Florida, or New York.
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, with a pay range of $40,000 to $50,000 annually.
- The position involves cross-department collaboration for patient support and participation in ongoing training.
