Role Responsibilities:
- Drive Technical Sales & Implementation with Banks.
- Build & Strengthen the Partner Ecosystem.
- Ensure Institutional-Grade Compliance & Operations.
- Work Hand-in-Hand with Engineering.
Technical Skills:
- Define stablecoin issuance product strategy and roadmap.
- Translate complex regulatory + technical constraints into clear product requirements.
- Lead multi-stakeholder programs across compliance, regulatory, finance/accounting, and engineering.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- Track record shipping complex fintech/payments/banking products.
- Proven ability to run end-to-end cross-functional programs in regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder management with executive-level customers/partners.
